Reinstall Wiagra Package

uninstall any previous version of Wiagra, (restart computer before install newer - recommended)

run EXE (or unzip ZIPPED file and run SETUP.EXE) on your local computer
follow installation instructions
copy "Wiagra.ini" and/or "Wiagra.key" file from previous installed directory into current
